The wiring and connector for the Lupo's high-level brake light can become corroded or damaged with age, particularly where water has entered the bootlid.
Rather than replacing the entire wiring loom, this repair section allows the damaged portion of wiring to be removed and replaced.
The supplied OEM VW connector provides the correct connection at the brake light, while the attached wiring gives you sufficient length to remove the affected section and splice the repair section into the existing loom.
This makes it particularly useful when restoring an older Lupo where the original connector or wiring has deteriorated over time.
