IPNG Modular Front Grille – VW Lupo GTI
Introducing the IPNG Modular Front Grille for the VW Lupo GTI (1999–2005) — a redesigned and upgraded alternative to the original factory grille, developed to address some of the common weaknesses of the original design.
The original Lupo GTI grille uses moulded plastic mounting clips which can become fragile and break with age. The IPNG design replaces these vulnerable areas with stronger, replaceable bolt-on mounting clips, allowing damaged clips to be replaced individually rather than requiring the complete grille to be replaced.
The grille also features adjustable upper mounting clips, allowing the fitment to be fine-tuned where the vehicle's original plastic mounting points have become worn over time.
Modular 3-Piece Design
Unlike the original one-piece construction, the IPNG grille is manufactured as three individual sections, rigidly joined together using two bolts.
This modular approach provides several advantages:
- Individual grille sections can be replaced without purchasing a complete grille.
- Damaged sections can be repaired or replaced independently.
- The design provides a platform for future IPNG modular accessories.

The grille is designed as a direct replacement for the original factory grille.
The supplied mounting hardware allows the modular sections and replacement mounting clips to be assembled and installed without requiring permanent modifications to the vehicle.

Centre Badge & Trim
