2 X WEBER 40 DCOE Dellorto 2" Ram Pipe Velocity Stack Intake Trumpet
2 X WEBER 40 DCOE Dellorto 2" Ram Pipe Velocity Stack Intake Trumpet
Pair of Vortex Velocity Stacks – 2" Tall, 40mm Bore
Upgrade your induction system with a pair of IPNG Vortex velocity stacks, designed for 40mm Weber and Dellorto carburettors.
Featuring a smooth bellmouth entry and integrated curved guide vanes, the Vortex design is intended to help smooth and control airflow entering the carburettor, reducing turbulence at the intake and promoting efficient airflow.
With a 40mm bore, 65mm mounting stud spacing and 2" overall height, these velocity stacks are designed as a direct bolt-on fit for a range of 40mm carburettors.
Key Features

Fitment
Primary verified applications:
- Dellorto DHLA40
- Weber DCOE40
The 65mm stud-centre mounting pattern is also commonly used for other 40mm carburettor applications, including Dellorto DRLA40, Weber DCOM40 and Weber IDF40.
If your carburettor has a 40mm bore and 65mm mounting stud centres, these stacks may also be suitable.

Vortex Design
The Vortex velocity stack features a smooth bellmouth entry to help reduce turbulence as air enters the carburettor.
Integrated curved guide vanes within the stack are designed to help control and direct the incoming airflow, providing a more consistent transition into the carburettor.
The result is a velocity stack designed with airflow optimisation as its primary purpose, while also providing a distinctive alternative to conventional straight-bellmouth designs.
Installation
Difficulty: ★★☆☆☆
Estimated Time: 15–30 minutes
Installation is straightforward and requires the use of the original carburettor mounting studs and fixings.
Remove the existing intake arrangement, position the Vortex velocity stacks onto the carburettor mounting studs and secure using the original hardware.
No permanent modification to the carburettor is required.
Air Filtration
These velocity stacks can be used with different intake and filtration arrangements depending on the vehicle and engine bay configuration.
For exposed engine bays or vehicles regularly used in dusty environments, we recommend using a suitable foam filter over the velocity stacks to help protect the engine from airborne dirt and debris.
Air filters are not included.
What's Included
- 2 × 2" Vortex velocity stacks
Carburettors, mounting hardware, air filters and other accessories are not included.
